When you request a quote, register as a new customer, or request installation or removal as a current customer, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the requested service (light models, measurements, and accessories). We do not collect payment or card information through this website.

We use this information solely to prepare quotes, schedule and coordinate installation, removal, and storage services, and to communicate with you about your request. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How We Store Your Information
Customer information is kept in our internal database for as long as you remain an active or prospective customer, up to a limit of 500 customer records. Every quote or service request is also emailed directly to our staff so we can follow up with you.
Cookies and Local Storage
Our website uses your browser's session storage only to temporarily carry your contact information between the "New Customer" and "Get a Quote" pages during a single visit. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
